Who we are
Evergain is run by Leo Vout, a sole trader based in the UK. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: contact@evergain.digital.
What we collect and why
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our booking calendar (usually your name, email address and any notes). We use them to hold the call.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to your request and discussing a service you asked about. If you become a client, we also process your details to perform our contract with you.
Who else handles your information
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides our visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
These providers may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, they use the legal safeguards required for international transfers.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your details after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies, and our visitor statistics don't use cookies. The booking calendar, provided by Cal.com, may set cookies it needs to work.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at the address above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
