Who we are

What we collect and why
- Call-back form: your name, business name, phone number, trade and anything you write in the message box. We use it to call you back about our services.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our booking calendar (usually your name, email address and any notes). We use them to hold the call.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to your request and discussing a service you asked about. If you become a client, we also process your details to perform our contract with you.
Who else handles your information
- Cal.com runs our booking calendar.
- FormSubmit delivers call-back form submissions to us by email.
- Loom hosts our explainer video. It loads only when you choose to play it.

How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your details after [12 months]. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
